The houses

At ECO VILLAGE two detached houses and a semi-detached villa are being built in environmentally friendly solid timber construction on building rights land with their own driveway to the enclosed plot. Heating, cooling and hot water will be provided by a climate-friendly brine-to-water heat pump. This uses the existing geothermal energy in a natural way, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 90 percent.

Sustainability

The solid timber construction and the use of an energy-efficient brine-to-water heat pump for heating, cooling and hot water in combination with controlled ventilation protect the environment, ensure a healthy indoor climate and save on expensive operating costs. In addition, external sun protection elements and passive underfloor cooling protect against overheating in the summer months.
